Cookies
Essential cookies
Sign-in session cookies keep you logged in and protect your account. They last up to 30 days or until you log out.
A language cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) remembers the language you chose for the interface.
A currency cookie (luzzy_currency) is set only if you pick a currency on the pricing page (for example GBP or USD). It remembers that choice for one year, holds only the currency code and no personal data, is set by us (first-party), and is not used for analytics.
A guest cookie (luzzy_guest) is set only if you start a session without an account. It is a random value that lets your browser return to that one session, it cannot be read by page scripts, it lasts 24 hours, and it is removed when you sign in and save the session.
Measurement and advertising (only if you accept)
Luzzy asks once whether Google may measure sign-ups and purchases (Google Analytics and Google Ads). Until you accept, Google receives no cookie or identifier from us and the choice is stored in this browser (luzzy_consent). If you accept, Google sets its own cookies and receives three moments: sign-up, trial start and purchase (with the amount and plan), plus page views of our public pages such as the home and pricing pages. If you arrive from a Google ad, we also keep the ad click id and campaign tags in a first-party cookie (luzzy_attr, 90 days) and attach them to your checkout so we can match a purchase to the ad.
Never shared with Google: your practice conversations, feedback, scenario choices, name or email, and the address of any page inside the app. You can change your mind at any time with the “Change cookie choice” button on this page, which also deletes Google’s cookies from this browser. Personalised advertising is always off. Declining changes nothing about how Luzzy works. Our payment provider, Stripe, sets its own cookies on the checkout pages; see Stripe’s privacy policy for details.
