Delete your Luzzy account

You can delete your account yourself, at any time. It takes under a minute.

  1. Sign in

    Sign in to the Luzzy account you want to delete, with the same method you used to create it.

  2. Open Settings

    Go to Settings and choose Delete account.

  3. Confirm

    Type DELETE and confirm. Your account is closed straight away and you are signed out.

What happens to your data

Your account is deactivated at once. Everything is erased permanently 30 days later, including every transcript and all feedback. Records of payments are kept only as long as tax and accounting law requires, without your account id. If your subscription is still set to renew, cancel it in Settings first: an account with a renewing subscription cannot be deleted.
