Common questions
Is my practice partner a real person?
No. Every practice partner on Luzzy is an AI, and it will tell you so if you ask. Luzzy never presents an AI as a human.
Which languages can I practise in?
English, Cantonese, Mandarin and Japanese. The Luzzy interface is available in English, Japanese, Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese.
How does the feedback work?
When you finish a session, Luzzy reviews the conversation against the scenario’s goal. You get an overall score, a score for each skill, what went well, and suggestions that quote your own lines with a better way to say them. Short sessions (fewer than two of your turns) are not scored.
How much does it cost?
The free plan includes 3 practice sessions a week with full feedback. Luzzy Pro gives you unlimited practice (fair use) and is billed monthly or yearly. See the pricing page for current prices.
How do I cancel?
Go to Settings and choose Cancel subscription. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for.
Who can use Luzzy?
Adults aged 18 and over. We ask for your date of birth when you sign up.
Is Luzzy therapy?
No. Luzzy is a practice tool. It does not give medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. If you are going through something difficult, please see our safety page for people you can talk to.
Can I get my data or delete my account?
Yes. In Settings you can download all your data as a file, or delete your account. A deleted account is closed at once and erased after 30 days.

Billing
Cancel or resume your subscription in Settings. For refunds or billing questions, email hi@luzzy.chat with the email address on your account.
