Luzzy Pro renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in Settings.

Luzzy Pro starts as soon as you subscribe, and you agree that you lose the 14-day right to cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep Pro until the end of the paid period. Payments are not refunded, except where the law requires.

Your practice partners are AI and feedback can be wrong. Luzzy is not therapy or professional advice.

We may change features, limits, prices and these terms, and suspend or close accounts that break them. If a change materially reduces what you have paid for, you can cancel.

Our liability is limited as set out under Availability and liability. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

Luzzy is provided by Sylphx Limited, registered in England and Wales (company number 16438428), registered office: 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom, VAT number GB 502 7862 95 (“we”). Contact: hi@luzzy.chat. By creating an account or using Luzzy you agree to these terms. If a translation differs from the English version, the English version applies.

You must be 18 or over and give a true date of birth. One account per person. Keep your password safe; you are responsible for activity on your account. Luzzy is for personal, non-commercial use.

Luzzy is a conversation practice tool. Your practice partners are AI. They play roles in practice scenarios and are not real people, and nothing they say is a statement by us or a promise to you.

Luzzy is not therapy, counselling, medical, legal, financial or career advice. Feedback is generated automatically and can be wrong; use your own judgement. If you are in danger or crisis, contact local emergency services or a support line listed on our safety page.

Do not use Luzzy to create sexual content, content involving minors, harassment, hate, or illegal content; to try to make the AI produce harmful instructions; to break or overload the service; or to copy, scrape, reverse engineer or resell it, except where the law allows.

The free plan includes a limited number of practice sessions each week. Luzzy Pro is a subscription billed in advance each month or year through our payment provider, at the price shown when you subscribe. Prices include VAT. Prices are shown in your local currency where we sell in it (US dollars, pounds, Hong Kong dollars, New Taiwan dollars or yen) and in US dollars otherwise; checkout shows the exact amount and currency before you pay.

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. We may change the price; we will tell you in advance, before a new price applies to your next renewal, and you can cancel before it applies. You can update your card and download invoices from Settings.

You can cancel at any time in Settings. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for and are not charged again.

Luzzy Pro is digital content supplied as soon as you subscribe. By subscribing you ask us to start straight away and you agree that you lose your 14-day right to cancel and be refunded.

Payments are non-refundable and part-used periods are not refunded, except where these terms or the law say otherwise. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

You own what you write. You give us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to store and process it to run, secure and support the service for you, including sending it to AI model providers to generate replies and feedback. We do not use it to train AI models. If you send us feedback, we may use it freely, without owing you anything.

We may change, add or remove features, scenarios, AI models and usage limits (including fair-use limits on Luzzy Pro), and suspend or withdraw Luzzy or any part of it, for example for maintenance, security, legal or business reasons. If a change materially reduces what a paid subscription gives you, we will tell you in advance, and you can cancel and receive a refund for the time left in the period you have paid for.

We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new date. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you in advance, and you can cancel before it applies and receive a refund for the unused part of your period. Otherwise, the new terms apply once posted.

We supply Luzzy with reasonable care and skill and as described, as the law requires, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that AI replies or feedback will be accurate or suitable for you.

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, for loss caused by events outside our reasonable control, for decisions you make based on AI replies or feedback, or for any business loss, such as lost profit or opportunity. If digital content we supply damages your device or other digital content because we did not use reasonable care and skill, we will repair the damage or pay you compensation. Otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose and £100.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.

You can delete your account at any time in Settings.

We may suspend or close your account if we reasonably believe you have broken these terms, for security reasons, or where the law requires; otherwise we give you reasonable notice first. If we close an account while a paid period is left, we refund the unused part, unless we closed it for fraud, abuse or a serious breach of these terms.

We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another organisation, for example if Luzzy is sold; we will tell you, and you can cancel if you are unhappy. You may not transfer yours. If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest stays in force. If we do not enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales, or in your local courts if you live in Scotland, Northern Ireland or another country, and you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the place you live.
