- How does cancelling work?
- Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time in Settings: you keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for and are not charged again.
- Can I get a refund?
- Luzzy Pro starts as soon as you subscribe, so you ask us to supply it straight away and agree that you lose the 14-day right to cancel and be refunded. You can cancel at any time and keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for. If you think you were charged in error, contact us and we will look into it.
- Which currency will I pay in?
- Prices are shown in your local currency where we sell in it (US dollars, pounds, Hong Kong dollars, New Taiwan dollars or yen), and in US dollars otherwise. Checkout shows the exact amount and currency before you pay.
- What does unlimited mean?
- Fair use: Pro includes up to 30 practice sessions a day, which is far more than anyone needs to improve.
Prices include VAT. Luzzy Pro is sold by Sylphx Limited (England and Wales, company 16438428, VAT GB 502 7862 95).
